Pancakes!!!

You only live once... Meaning Bailey and I need to start checking off things from our Hoboken List. Getting the pancake special at Stacks, the 24 hour pancake place, was one of them. After a long week, a long day and just feeling the weight of life, we splurged on three pancakes covered with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, chocolate syrup, and cookies and cream ice cream topped off with a bit of maple syrup. Almost as bad as the Buddy's syrup and pasta from Elf. We devoured these. The waiter was shocked at the amount we ate in the time that we ate it. Ugh, I feel a little sick thinking about them now. But, you know, you only live once.

Time to eat healthy all week.
